Game Account Status

Hello Support/Admin,

I have been without internet for some time and now that I am finally connected again I am wondering what the status of my Game Account is? If it is a suspended or inactive state if it could be reactivated I would be most grateful. If is is not in such a state I would appreciate help in working out what the reason is for my inability to log into the game would be.

Your account is active. I see no recent failed login attempts on the game account, and so it is likely that you are using the wrong username in game or, perhaps more likely, have your client directed to the wrong server. Make sure you are using the 3.3.5 client and have your realmlist as:

set realmlist login.truewow.org

Thank you for your quick response. i was able to determine that the realmlist had been set to an old setting
