we did 4 or more onyx 10 in tw last week none of id's got reset , i made ticket and reported and LIKE ALLWAYS GOT a Bu....it Answer on it , seems he/she doesnt have any clue about game and gm commands
and then what ? ticket got closed like allways ...
GM's are not supposed to close ticket when they rsolve issue ????

i made this topic to say :
1-please fix this id's , none of onyx 10 from pervious week reseted
2-PLEASE DO NOT CLOSE my ticket's if u dont know what to do
3-If u dont know what does gm command's just /wer me in game before answering my ticket , ill help how to use commands for it
--- seriously im curious what's are requirment to be part of staff team ---
this problem could be rsolve by :
.instance listbinds [player] (to check id)
.ins un 2159 (onyxia zone id)

I have closed your ticket because I have asked you a question you did not answer.
So can you please check if the ID is EXPIRED? There is no need to wipe it if it is.

why would i make ticket if id expired ?
and when im offline , i can't /wer u , so u need to let ticket open for when im online

Im sorry, next time I will just wait in suspended mode until you are back online. Cause thats just what we do.

But you were online, and you could reply inside of a ticket.
I will ask you again, please type /raidinfo, and check your Onyxia ID, EXPIRED IDs are still show there, as you can click on them and extend it to a current week. This is a "new" thing and not every player is aware of it, and they do ask for help with the same issue. I am sorry if you dislike how I asked you to double check it before I manually wiped the Instance ID.

there were more on other players which i wasnt in them like ID : 13
the sad part is you are not a trial gm , that means u know how to use ".instance listbinds" to check urself about it ..
nvm not arguing more about it

"why would i make ticket if id expired ?" in case you accidently reactivated the lock.........
and can i ask. do you think being nasty for no reason will get you anywhere? i mean, i understand the frustration with it, if it is a bug. but being nasty is uncalled for.

this is not first time i see such things , idk what u call it , but here we call it "Send somebody to false errand"
this issue could resolve by x2 command i said , instead , i got that from ticket , .. so u want me to clam down ?

they cant just randomly reset someones raid ID whenever someone asks. would end up having people running multible of the same raid every week if enough people got away with it. you need to show that you did not accidently reactivate it. if you did. its on you.

As you can see you have the option to close the ticket, until you click one of those buttons, ticket is still open.
I have asked you to double check the ID, you did, but you didnt reply to me, instead you started this thread.
If the fact that I did not immediately log in the game to wipe the ID as you suggested troubles you, just think about all of the situations where GM should not blindly do what is written in the ticket.
As an addition, I was not able to come online, and I used my phone to check armory page with the current ID, there is no option to check if the ID was expired, extended or just active. That is why I have asked you to double check.
