Character transfer problem

I recently received a character transfer but I cannot change my character's name or appearance. I am told I need to choose a member of the opposing faction.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you could accept the faction change and submit a ticket once you have done so (requesting name change and faction revert), I or another GM can manually flag you for a name change and swap back!

I changed factions and submitted a ticket in game requesting a faction and name change.

I can see you're still of the same faction but have a new name, so I trust everything here is resolved! If not, please feel free to open a new ticket or forum thread.
