cannot find on deleted list

hi i cannot find my character olion my deleted character list i tried to log in he wasn't there so i checked deleted for him but not there so i searched armory and found him there why cant i use him why has my character disappeared his name is olion dranae mage lvl 35 here is a link for him https://truewow.org/armory/character.ph ... on&realm=p

If he's on the armory, I think that means he isnt deleted...
