Retail transfer question
Hi,
I applied for a retail transfer, unfortunately it was rejected based on password image, the message included an example of what it should look like.
The issue I'm having is the battle.net image of my toon, when trying to view the toon I'd like to transfer I receive an error, pretty sure this is because my retail account is inactive since December 2012. It tells me to login in-game and try again after that.
My question is, does this mean I need to activate my retail account (paying for a month of subscription) to be able to transfer the character to Primal?
I apologise if I have opened this in the wrong place and appreciate any guidance you can give me.

I was told the password should look like this:

Araytha,
we recommend you to never offically post the data of yours as anyone else could steal and use it for a transfer of their own.
For your issue,
is the characters name, with class and realm info, visible anywhere within the website?

Maybe the guild roster I am in could help?
The character name, race, class, level and realm are visible on this page.
I can also see all of the above info on the battle.net account management page when playing around with character transfer, faction change, race change and name change services.

As long as it fullfils the purpose of confirmation outside the game,
go for it. Else you will be guided very well by the Game Master who declined the transfer request.

I have replyed to the decline message with all of the info here plus screenshots of my battle.net account management page and a link to the guild roster.
Fingers crossed that Thena is online soon ^.^

By the absolute luck i managed to get blizzard to gift me 2days game time! i have forwarded the requested images and armoury link to Thena..

The transfer page specifies that you do not need an active account subscription in order to transfer a character from retail. Grats on the freebies tho

I know but my character wasn't loading in Armoury as that's the image Thena requested. Now it is loading in the Armoury.

Hey Thena,
I sent a quick reply just to verify the images to be used.
There was only slight confusion because of the image that I first submitted is the same as the image shown on the tutorial for retail applications. No inconvenience at all, I understand that the verification process has to be rigorous to prevent fraud.
