2nd transfer request denied because ... what?

Hi there.

My husband and I play from the same public IP address. We requested our first retail transfer yesterday (or very early this morning) and those came through - one each. After we saw how it worked and made up our minds, we requested our second transfers. Both were denied citing the two-transfer limit. Except ... we've each only requested one transfer and we aren't sharing accounts. Is that maybe why our second transfers were denied? Can we get those second transfers revisited?

You will need to go through an IP check in-game where both you and your husband log in and verify that you are two separate players.

Make a ticket in-game, when both of you are available, and we can go through the process.
