I use an XP computer. I canceled my Retail account because they finally made my OS incompatible. I could no longer play.
So here I am at TW.
I am told I can transfer a character over but I have a problem. I can't log in to the system, and of course since the account is inactive, I can't look at the armory to get a screen shot.
Can I still transfer a character?

I know I will be told to look at FAQs and guidelines and I did, but could find nothing that addresses my specific problem. Sorry in advance if it's just that an old man like me doesn't know where to look.

Only way we would approve one, is if the guide were followed.
That being said, we need you to acccess the character screen.
Got any other PC or someone you can loan?
No worries, no need to reinstall whole game either.
Using their application you can from below 500mb files just start to do the screenshot you would need for a retail transfer here at TrueWoW.
You can get the application from here:
http://us.battle.net/en/app/
--> Start Download
---> Finish "required files"
-----> Launch game!
Let us know any futher questions or issues whatsoever.
That being said, we need you to acccess the character screen.

Yes, have it in windowed mode with TW in the background and there you go! Don't forget SS of account on battle net page too.

By posting screenshots of your account data you incur the risk of someone else using them to request transfers.
