How long does it take to get a password reset?

Hiya,
Trying to reset my game password, got the successful notification on this site with the reminder to check spam folder but I've been waiting 15 minutes so far with no password reset email. Will it take much longer?

It might take some time depending on your mailbox domain. If you will lack it for another 15 minutes please let us know.

Ok so: I requested a reset again and this time it came through straight away - weird!
But now when I try to log on I get:
'This World of Warcraft account has been closed and is no longer available for use. Please go to [
www.world of warcraft.com/misc/banned.html] for further information.'
O_o

I manually reset your password and sent it to your email account.
