Greetings, im having trouble logging into my account when i attempt to do so i get the following message: you have applied a lock to your account. you can change your locked status by calling your account lock phone number. is this another way to say that im banned, since i was able to log into other accounts.
a character on the account is named silvi.

this is because you have selected the account to only be possible to login from one ip-address only.
(the most recent one used for login)

You can change this setting at the account manager: http://truewow.org/account-manager
on the forum account with the account linked.



Remember to fill the current password field before hitting save, to make the effects come true!
