Broken Image Link - Transfer Service

Hi all,

I'm interested in transfering a retail character, however one of the screenshot examples in the application guide is broken!

Not sure what exactly it should look like, so wanted to ask for clarification before I submit and possibly get rejected for not understanding.

The image in question is the character select screen with the app in the background...is this the in-game character select screen in windowed mode with the truewow website in the bg on the same screen?

Thanks so much in advance, love the server so far.
