PW transfer from Atlantiss

I have a question about tranfering from Atlantiss wow for PW.
Do you need only level 60 or have to be a other requirement too? It's a 1x blizzlike server.

We have some requirements such as a minimum of 3 days played time required to avoid transferring insta-max characters. Other than that, it is mostly just having a 60 and having the transfer application correctly filed. Since Atlantiss is a Cata server, the total number of transfers you can receive from it are 2, and this is in conjunction with any retail transfers you may have done, or wish to do.
