I've tried several times in the past, and again today, to access the Bug Tracker. After entering my forum password on the Account Manager, I get a 500 error that the server couldn't handle my request. My account was originally on Primal and merged into the TrueWow forums, so I have a feeling something may be off with it that is preventing me from using this tool. If someone could take a look and enable my account to access the bug tracker, I'd appreciate it. I work professionally as a programmer/analyst and would like to help out the server as a way to help repay for the great job the admins and devs are doing.

Yes, I have followed instructions provided previously on using the bug tracker. After going to the Account Manager page and entering my forum password in the Bugtracker section, clicking "Create Account" results in the error mentioned above. The 500 Error indicates that it's a server problem, most likely something to do with my account.

I have had the same problem for the last few weeks. A in-game GM has told me it might have something to do with me changing my password.

This seems to be a legit issue, I've got an additional report about this.

I tried again with a deliberately incorrect password, and got the message that my password didn't match. Trying with my correct password still gives me the 500 error. Would be happy to do more troubleshooting / testing on this if it will help get my account activated.

We are holding it until the updated website is released for the official eye,

If I try with an incorrect password, I get the Account Manager page with the error at the top stating the password doesn't match. If I try with the correct password, I end up at https://truewow.org/account-manager with a 500 error. Appears to be doing the same thing as before.
