Can't use donation shop services on the characters I want

So like a week ago someone banned my forum account and because my forum account was linked with my game account, I can't link my game account to this new forum account, and therefore I can't use the donation shop to buy a race change on the characters I want.

I heard it was possible for the GM's to unlink game accounts from previously banned forum accounts, so please try to do this otherwise I am afraid I can't spend my dollars to become a hot blood elf rogue.

It was probably assumed that nothing was linked to it so I have unbanned the forum account instead.
I have removed the usernames from your post as others won't need to know them.
