Getting the Tabard of the Hand

Hey guys,

I recently race changed to Draenei and I've noticed that I can't take the quest that leads to getting the Tabard of the Hand. I went to wowhead here http://www.wowhead.com/item=24344/tabard-of-the-hand to find a fix, and none of them worked.

So is there another way to get it or am I screwed?

Well, I'm quite unsure but as far as I know the tabard came along within the WoTLK expansion
Edit: The quest is indeed ingame, but please note:

Characters transfered to Draenei :: Has to complete some quests in order to get Vindicator Aesom to offer you the quest. I've tried to find the quests in specific but no good results.

Characters Race Changed to Draenei :: Try this!

My Draenei was originally a Tauren, so I hadn't done any quests on Bloodmyst. Once I accepted and abandoned a quest from Exarch Admetius suddenly Aeseom had the quest for me.

Yeah I tried doing the fixes that people said on WoWhead but it didn't work. I'm going to try and complete the Draenei zones and hope it works, probably tied to rep or something.

You need to have completed http://www.wowhead.com/quest=9759/ending-their-world

I can't get to that quest because I can't start the quest chain required for it. http://www.wowhead.com/quest=9753/what-we-know

Well I've done all the quests that would end up me going to blood watch and talk to Exarch Admetius, but no cigar.

Well, I just completed it. Apparently, I had to complete http://www.wowhead.com/quest=9740/the-sun-gate to get to the http://www.wowhead.com/quest=9753/what-we-know quest chain. So not a bug as I originally thought. Though one thing I have to mention is that Velen wasn't at blood watch after the quest chain was done. I had to go to the Exodar to turn it in.
