Only Roel has access to donation information, but I'm fairly sure it can take up to 24h for the points to be credited.

The donate page indeed mentions that points are not always added instantly. They will be added once it's processed but I am afraid I also can't see your transaction before that happens.

If you're sure that it went through at your end then I would suggest clicking the HELP button at the top right of the donate application and then "Did not receive your good or service?" to contact Paymentwall directly.
