Donating via Gift Card

#1 » Post by eugewo » 04 Feb 2017 01:10

Went and bought a gift card (Barnes & Noble) to donate since PaymentWall wasn't accepting my Visa, but now I keep receiving this message after I enter the card number and pin:
Sorry, a temporary card processing error has occurred. Please try again in a few minutes. Your gift card has NOT been charged.
Any ideas as to what's going on?

Send a private message to Roel about this.

Do you still have an issue?

Yes. PaymentWall informed about a week ago that Barnes & Noble can't be used with their system anymore.

While the issue isn't resolved, I am afraid there isn't anything we can do if they confirmed it's no longer supported.
