Greetings all,
Before I apply for a transfer of a retail character I'd like to get some clarity. The instructions seem clear, but I don't want to screw it up. So, here goes:
1. I understand that I need to provide 2 images, one must be of the character on the character list page and the other must be the character detail page. Here are the two images of the character I hope to transfer.

Do these images meet the specifications as I understand them?
2. Are my BOA heirlooms included in the transfer. If so, I assume that heirlooms not supported in TrueWoW will not come over (e.g., leggings). Is this assumption valid?
3. Will I need to relearn all the character's spells? If gold does not transfer, will some amount of gold be provided for training these spells?
4. Are flying ranks retained when transferred? All my toons are level 300 flying.
I'm very much looking forward to playing on TrueWoW and I thank you for all the work you've done here.

2. Retail transfers are predefined so you will not receive anything from what you have on retail, you will receive a character from a template with some starting gear and gold.
3. Yes, see point nr 2.
4. Flightpaths, mounts, reputation, professions are not included. For more info on what you get you can read the predefined transfer section of the transfer page.
Also do not forget that you need to fill in the form at the transfer page else your transfer is not listed there.

First, does this image (with the drop-down login menu) meet the requirements you specified in your response?

Second, while there is a wealth of information as to what I need to submit, I can find nothing as to how (or to whom) to submit these images and/or other required info (e.g., TrueWoW account name).
I'm sure I've missed something obvious and I sincerely appreciate you bearing with me.

There is a little arrow you need to click to list the characters. Or if it's easier you can do it in the new format. You need to put in the request at the bottom of the transfer page (http://truewow.org/transfer).mtp1032 wrote:Thank you for the quick response. Just two more questions...
