Problems with my accounts...

Hello!! I just want to ask why i can't log in on website forums with my new password??? What happened with my account? I'm not banned, my ban expired yesterday so i got a lot of problems and i can't log in with my new pass, i can log with my old password, i just tried to recover my password and i received a mail with new password then i tried to change it and when i just changed it i can't log in on website, but in game i can enter with new password...

Maybe you are resetting the password for your game account, instead of the forum account

That's because your GameAccount is not the same as your website account!

Like Dymond explained, passwords cannot be changed while banned. So, all password changes you made while still banned were ineffective.
