npc in undercity!! help!!!

ok my friend came to the undercity royal king.... he lag log out then log bak on... then the royal king disapeared.

wat happen to royal Queen* lol i'm tired

is a bug ?

Queen.

She bugs out and disappears now and then. Make a ticket and I or another GM will respawn her. I'm logging in now to check.

I am not sure if I remember right, but there is something on my mind related to some quest. Anyways GM shouldn't respawn any NPC unless it will be confirmed on Trinity board/bugtracker that respawn timer is bugged. There is no single quest that would make any difference in leveling/enjoying game on Alliance side, and I believe the same goes for Horde. It can help a lot for players, but is not needed IMHO. They can try to visit that NPC later (after half hour, one hour, few hours, etc.).

The only one known as bugged is still Morgraine for Death Knights.

Lady Sylvanas occasionally disappears for some reason, it's not a respawn timer issue. It's been a bug for a long time, still on the FAQ in fact and was there when I joined the server:

12. Lady Sylvanas Windrunner is not in the Royal Quarter.
Answer: She has either been killed by the Alliance or she has bugged (after completing one quest which) and is currently outside Undercity. Make a ticket ingame and a GM will respawn/bring her back.
