Twilight Trappings

theres a set called twilight trappings that is *supposed* to be dropped from twilight hammer's ppl in silithus.
this set is crucial for the completion of many quests in silithus, and its completly unabtainable in the server since it simply wont drop.
the bug has been reported in BugTracker more than a mounth and a half ago (08/01/2015), was confirmed and left to dry.
its a simple drop rate bug that is probably real easy to fix and no1 is fixing it for along time.
it prevents the completion of a quest with BiS gear which only makes it more crucial.
plz fix it, thanks in advance

This isn't released until after BWL and ZG on the Blizzard Timeline. Was released with Emerald Dragons.

which really says nothing specific.
on the other hand, the BiS quest called Stalwart's Battlegear (http://www.wowhead.com/quest=8574/stalwarts-battlegear) is linked in the list of enabled quests as of 2nd of september update (http://www.primalwow.org/forum/viewtopi ... 92&t=15347)
so i still think its a bug and not an on purpose thing, plus in bugtracker it was CONFIRMED, therefor the gm knew its a problam, other wise he would have closed it and explained that its on purpose.

There was almost nothing in Silithus before the update I linked when quests and NPCs in CH were added. The GM might have made a mistake y'know :).

It's indeed not supposed to be available yet. This is pretty much how we made sure of the following:

prime, the phrase u copied is from the subject of: "Some info on how it will be during the first phase"
this is not the first phase anymore, as the same webpage says:
"Roughly every 3 months a new patch with new available raids/gear"
that new patch has arrived, with ZG ony and spcific detail on new quests and gear which can be seen here: viewtopic.php?f=92&t=15347
the items one can get from the said quest im after (http://www.wowhead.com/quest=8574/stalwarts-battlegear) are item level 62,(only Bis because of stat distribution, not simply high stats). currently we have items aviable with up to 74 item level(ony)! i dont think its possible that a quest this hard to complete(idk if u tried but it can take weeks) will give items with ilevel62 once only BWL is out since no1 will do it cuz its simply not worth, even now ppl dont do it, without knowing its impossible, cuz its just too much work for not that much of a diffrence.
the point is its only logical to release it now, whether that was the plan all along (which very possible it was as i said above) and whether it was not the plan.

I guarantee you that casters and physical DPS will be doing that quest once it is available. For Rockfury Bracers (Revered) and Earthstrike (Exalted) respectively. I say keep it out for now so he can release it later for something to do. I'm surprised that the Argent Dawn turn-in quests are available at the moment since they weren't released until much later. That might have been a mistake though.

The Argent Dawn quests were intended for some extra solo content. They were originally added in 1.6.0 while we're currently a hybrid between 1.5.0 and 1.7.0.

The Abyssal High Council was 1.8.0 and based on the level of reward I would say it would be good to add with BWL, which would still be earlier than it originally was. That would be just a little more than 2 months from now.

The reason this hasn't been implemented yet is because the server is currently incapable of calculating the insane numbers that will fly once a hunter pops Earthstrike.
