There are a lot more words that can be added depending on what situation they are used in, I have left them out of the sake of over-crowing. Try and use you common sense, if it sounds offensive don't say it.

Besides the fact that some words have double meanings.

To be honest it should not be about the words you use. It should be about the context in which you use them.
I suggest people pick up a dictionnary (not urban-dictionnary) and read some of the words that are mentioned.

It wasnt about offending people, it was about words that should not be used at all because they are filtered out with the Mature Language Filter if people wish it i can easily delete the topic.

I also did mention that i left out words that only apply when used in a certain context, which is why you dont see them there and only listed the actual swears

@Tuffeyy Thx, now we have some baseline. Basically, here are my thoughts. Blizzard has done the work for us on what words are bad. Bastard and Dick obviously depend on situation used.

While you're at it stick every single word in every language to your list?
"There was a woman driving a black car" BAM 2hrs mute you said "woman" & "black"

Ass - Other way to say Donkey
Bitch - Female Dog
Bastard - Child born from a non-married couple
Cock - Rooster
Dick - nickname for Richard
Homo - I dare you to mute me if I call you a Homo-Sapiens
Niger - It's a country
Paki / Jap - Those are nationalites. If you mute/ban on those then mute anyone who's from any country.

I am sick & tired of these people who are so stuck up their rear with political correctness. I'll repeat what I said above: Saying a word like that shouldn't constitute a reason for mute (except a few of those). It depends on how the word is used.
"You're a bitch" is completely different to "i took my bitch to the veterinarian"

Though I guess most people learned spoken english only and never studied it. /sigh...

Bastard and Bitch were never offensive words but social norms have made it to be - Not mutable, but a warning never the less.

I just want to highlight that using these words will be your own will, a majority of these words are 'mutable' many are 'warnings' and some just should not be there. Remember, use of these words are mainly about context.
