Happends to me aswell sometimes, but reconnecting to the internet through opening the wireless connections -> disconnecting -> connect, solves it for me.
When this occours for me, I can't access the website at all. Only on other devices, lel
not able to login.

talked to the company they had a problem and they fixed it so the problem is solved, can lock.
