Account Recovery

Hey guys!

I'm not sure how this works on this site. But I was a player on Spermik before the server merge happened and I tried using my information from back then to log in here and it said my account doesn't exist. Do I have to start all over again or is there some way to recover my characters?

I believe we had an inactive account clean up some time ago, it is possible the account have been deleted and atm is unretrievable. I might be wrong tho. Hope i am

We have not made any clean ups, can you find your characters in the armory?

I haven't tried to access the armory, but I'm not able to use my old info to log-in via game client.

If you remember the character names try them out on the armory, account might just be blocked since it was inactive for a while.

Well my main character's name was "Prismac" and I'm not able to find it in the armory. I believe I had quite a few others but I can't remember their names. I haven't played since the merge.

I am afraid it can't be recovered if you haven't played since the merge. We were able to support recoveries until last summer which was 2 years after the merge. But then we had to make some changes to our database and it was no longer feasible to support it for the handful of players who still wanted to come back after 2+ years.

This is not as bad as it sounds. Now almost all quests work and those who dont can be completed via qc command. Also if you bring a friend or 2 together and activate RAF (recruit a friend) system, you can level up like np. You can also vote and get looms from vote shop.

It does seem like this issue has already been solved as it was discontinued or no longer followed up
by the original poster.

Usually a 7 days deadline is issued after the last contact attempt from a Staff member, which might be
directly expressed on the thread or sent by personal messages.

This thread is now going to be locked due to an extended amount of inactivity, in other words, no further
response given from the interested parts after a given period of time.

In case the issue still persists, please open a new thread.
