So how does this player (Razorblades) have Wrathful Feet when you need arena rating to be able to buy them and he has not even ever done arenas according to his achievements?

Wrathfull Pants,gloves,feet and belt are drops from 25 man mode of Vault of Archavon.

That or he is transfer , like we know transfers from Omega lost all achievments so they need to do all again.
