Acces your wow folder> Data >enUS (or enGB depending on client) > realmlist.wtf
Open with with notepad and replace whats there with : set realmlist login.truewow.org

Open the file with notepad as a administrator, else it will probably not work.

It does seem like this issue has already been solved as it was discontinued or no longer followed up
by the original poster.
