Account gone?

I logged onto my account one day, but all my Characters where gone.
My sister logged on and her entire account was deleted.
We put a lot of effort into this server, could we get some help?

Hello, are you sure you're using the TrueWoW realm not the Public Test Realm?

Provide character names, that's going to be way easier for gms to resolve the issue.

I personally looked at their accounts. I RAF'd them, as we live literally right next to each other. They tried to log on QUITE a while ago (I told them to make a post, but they didn't, I finally got them to now), and one of their accounts (character name: Nicoolio) was completely gone. The other (character name: Misstwotoes) has all her characters deleted. The last person (character name: Emol) was unaffected. I've tried to re-install and made sure everything was fine, but all of the work we did on Truewow was gone. [For some reason they are both on my friends list]. No idea why this would happen, except that some truewow staff could have thought I was abusing the RAF system and deleted the accounts? idk honestly, we're all different people and we just wanna play together. obody wanted to start back at level 1 after all the work we put into this.

The characters are there so did you check which realm you are logging into? And no one said anything about abusing...

We do not delete any accounts. In case of an offense that requires ban, we ban the account and review the reason with the owner.
Nothing is left unnoticed.

If they were able to login with the accounts and get into the characters list page in-game then it's most likely the correct realmlist.
The confusion might take place when choosing the realm at the characters list page, where you can see at the top the name of the current realm and below it a button to change the realm, and please make sure it says "TrueWoW (PVP)".

Make sure you are using the right realm list - set realmlist login.truewow.org . Then make sure that you log with your right username and password and then when you log check the realm you should be logging into TrueWoW not PTR. I can see the accounts and the characters so nothing was deleted.

I said it before, and I say it again, we do not delete accounts. Not even inactive accounts are deleted.
This account has probably been automatically banned by the server for entering the password wrong several times, and will be unbanned in 10mins.

Misstwotoes has just logged on, and all the characters are gone (except for one, which she recently made, named Rolal) and I made sure it was on TrueWoW(PvP)
Thank you for un-[closing](?) the account. Thats 1/2 the battle done.

Well there is no character made in Misstwotoes's account. Not at least on the account where is the character.

She can't be reached as of not until a later time today. She trusted me with her account information, could we compare in a PM?

No information will be given to you. Only the owner of the account can request information about it. Tell her to send me a PM when she is available.
