Request character change
Hello, I was wondering if I could request to change my main character's attributes (face, skin color, etc.) seeing as how that can't be changed in the Barber Shop. Thank you.

Staff will probably help you more but... meh I'll give it a try.
Afaik, barber shop can only change your hairstyle. I've did it couple of times on Sheena.
Race, gender, name and such changes can be done via shop.
There is even character customization and it costs 200 points.
I think that's what you looking for. So get on voting if you lack points

Where can I check how many points I have?

Choose "Account" > "Account manager" . On top left you can see your linked accounts and next to them amount of their votepoints.

This is a almost related question but didn't wanna bother making a new topic about it. If I already chose the service to faction change but regret it (haven't used it) and just want to use another service. How will it work? Will both services apply at same time? Basically I want to save my faction change on my character and purchase only a name change but maybe use the faction change later on.

I'd say that trying is the best one can do in order to higher themselves from the people crying and only complaining. Whilst you try, it doesn't mean it is always going to be the most successful result but I'd like to think that it is still a better choice than standing idle.

In the Shop, select the character you want and it will show you how many vote points its account has in the dropdown menu and in the character selection box. I designed it like that
"With life, no matter what you do, you are all in. This is going to kill you. Might as well play the most magnificent game you can while you're waiting, because... Do you have anything better to do? Really?"

It does seem like this issue has already been solved as it was discontinued or no longer followed up
by the original poster.
Usually a 7 days deadline is issued after the last contact attempt from a Staff member, which might be
directly expressed on the thread or sent by personal messages.
This thread is now going to be locked due to an extended amount of inactivity, in other words, no further
response given from the interested parts after a given period of time.
In case the issue still persists, please open a new thread.
