I have a faction change option for one of my characters that i have not used. Was just wondering if it would be possible to transfer the already purchased faction change to another character.

I'm sorry but once purchased we don't refund items or services as there's a confirmation box specifying the targeted character that must be gone through before the purchase is complete.

Then is there anyway to get rid of the faction change icon without having to change faction

Sadly not possible, but you're not prompted to change faction on login. Still you can change your faction whenever you'd like

I thought it was possible to use it without actually changing faction, so just as name change and customization.

Tell me the character name and I will remove the tag. If the staff agrees even I can switch it to another character because not really anyone has mistaken the characters before a faction change. The only human errors I came across are wrong items purchased.

I don't see a problem with it, it's quite easy to refund a faction change if it's not used compared to refunding items.

I don't see logs of the purchase anywhere so I assume it was done on the old website, now there's the point that faction changes back then had volatile prices (different prices for low level / faction) which makes it hard to decide what would be the best approach

got great idea, bring faction change prices as they were previously and everyone would be happy

The transfer was purchased on the old website so I'm not sure what the price was. The character was in its 50s when i purchased the faction change. I realize that it is just my word to work with so whatever the staff decides is fine by me. If ya'll decide to allow the transfer of the faction change to another of my characters, I would prefer it to be Weelock. Since Weelock is level 80 I would be perfectly fine with paying the difference in webpoint cost. I was swapping back and forth from factions trying to find the better community. Although I actually prefer Ally, the Horde community just seems to be more active. There are trolls on both sides but I always get a more mature response when chatting on Horde world chat (maybe I'm just lucky)

Oh and the name of the character that currently has the tag is Chingadera

Ah if you did on the old website, I can't transfer the faction change since the price for level 1-79 for faction change was not the same las it was for a level 80 character and the whole concept was different. However I can still remove the faction change tag on your character if you wish to play on that faction.

Yes, if you could remove the tag that would be great. Just bugs me to see it ... just weird I guess
