account issues

i didn't play for some time, maybe half year or more. and now when i log here on forum on the screen there is message that i don't have any game accounts, here is the link to screenchot http://www.igreklik.com/slike/images/55 ... 052242.jpg

what is wrong with my acc? can you fix it?

First screenshot shows that you don't have any of ingame account linked to your website account or that you don't have ingame account created associated with this website account. If you have ingame account you should use our http://www.truewow.org/account-manager to link it.

It is very likely that you are doing something wrong when you try to log in or simply got too many failed attempts which resulted in temporary IP ban (10-15 min).
