Goldshire outside SW faded.
The screen is gloomy. Looks like fog. Hazzy. The color is faded.
Is this a Quest condition ? Looking up I see black. >:(

From what I recall, last time I was outside, real life had shadows too... from what country are you Femme Fatale? You don't have shadows there? :s

Re: Goldshire outside SW faded.
The colors are faded. It is not the shadows.
This fading or haze just recently happened. It does NOT happens in other locations in the game. In Darkshore the colors are just as vibrant.

Re: Goldshire outside SW faded.
I don't see any fading or haze on those screen shots. The fog on the first one is the game weather, it may rain or mist on low level zones.Femme Fatale wrote:The colors are faded. It is not the shadows.

Re: Goldshire outside SW faded.
Might this be normal "environment" visual ?
Might someone check and see if they can detect a visual change when existing town in SW.
Thank U all for the help.

Re: Goldshire outside SW faded.
It's part of the game, the client to be precise. There's much more to notice than this. One day, keep an eye on the sky when you're heading to Icecrown from Dalaran, and you'll understand why this happens right when you leave Stormwind.
Let me make this even more clear than it already is. Each area has its own environment and weather, and the game was designed in a way that makes you directly notice these changes upon entering the new area. Elwynn is either foggy/rainy or sunny. Stormwind is never foggy nor rainy, so it's always sunny. Therefore, if it's foggy in Elwynn, you'll notice it right upon exiting Stormwind.
One step for a new climate!
