Can't log in to website

I got busy for the past few months and didn't play TrueWoW. I came back today, tried to log in to the server, none of my usual passwords worked. I went to the main site and logged in with Chromium's autofill and that worked fine, so I logged out and went to my saved passwords to find out what it was. Discovered the password, attempted to log in with it, and I could not. I even refreshed the page and tried to log in with autofill like earlier to no avail.
I went to Account Rescue and filled in what I KNOW are the correct answers to my security questions and I was told I was wrong.
My boyfriend gave me money to get donation items here and I'd be really upset if I can't get my account back.

I'd really appreciate some help retrieving my account. Thanks.
