Unable to connect

Hi, I'm new here.

I downloaded this client and started the game via a shortcut with my username and password but it tells me "Unable to connect. Please try again later. If the problem persists, please contact technical support at [us.blizzard.com]".

realmlist is ok and I'm on patch 3.3.5 (12340), no idea what's going on.

Update: Sometimes it just gets stuck on 'Authenticating' when I try to login.

Check your realmlist again. Also disable antivirus and firewall.

I played on private servers like Feenix, Molten & Ironwow before with no problem...no idea why this is happening.
