In my opinion attacking people from up there shouldn't be considered a problem, since going up there isn't bug abuse at all.

Well as long as no hacks or abuse was used to get to the given point dont think even attacking other players from there should be bannable as long as player is in los and does not abuse anything to attack playerm

Its similar to aerial ganking when players on fly mounts get attacked when attacking player flys above them and uses some ability or potion to slow falling speed and attacks player on fly mount even though falling intention of this is to dismount the player d:

Finally a SS which can show Merkava's bug abusing... i'll vouch for this 100%... been ganking SW everyday for the past week and everyday there is Merkava bug abusing the shit out of the flag... He will kill someone and then quickly log off to remove the flag therefore pussying out and being unable to be targetted... He has done this several times everyday for the past week... action needs to be taken towards this as Peithne stated earlier this was bannable

Nice shots you got back there, unfortunately you are totally wrong. You are just throwing accusations and flaming me for something I didn't do. So in my defense, I didn't relog to get unflagged and this shot proves it and shows that I was logged for this session for atleast 1h 11m 12s taken from 00:58 ST, if you do the maths it means I logged in at 23:47, 6 mins before I started "attacking" you.

Xander wrote:You can see on the shots up there you last attacked at 0:53, when I took the SS it was 0:57, that's four minutes, you gotta be in no PvP action whatsoever for FIVE minutes to get unflagged.
I was stuck in combat, so was most of our raid group, so to get rid of it, I didn't relog so you wont think that I'm relogging to "abuse flag", but what I did is entering stockades to get rid of it, maybe that caused me to get unflagged.
Xander wrote: By the way, my time is an hour later than the server's time, if your shot which was taken at 0:58 was at server time then that's your "one hour played this session". Smartass.

By the way, the release timer is set at six minutes, on the very first SS you see I got two minutes left, and I say again if I must, you need FIVE minutes to get unflagged after you mark yourself for that. How much is 6 - 2? 7? Huh...
You're not so smart are you? :( You say your time is an hour later than the server's means I logged in at 00:47 according to your timezone, and STAYED logged in until AT LEAST 01:58 (your time) so that means before I attacked you (sorry for ripping you off :( ) and about 1 hour after it, I didn't relog a single time.

His log time shows he was online for the duration of the screenshot. Unless more evidence is presented, I don't see anything wrong with this.

Merk asked me days ago if relogging to get rid of PvP flag is really bannable. Of course I told him yes, and I know that he's not stupid to abuse it and risk his 2-3 years old account...

I'll check login details when I'm home but there is a bug which I tested with flex where you can directly with your pvp on and then you res and your pvp is in fact off. It seemed to be randomized when we were testing it a while ago but we concluded it depended on who attacked who to begin the encounter.

Well, sometimes when you ress, PvP turns off automatically. So I can't be sure if he relogged or just ressed here :/
I will test this anyway. Will report back.

I've tested it and PvP turned off eachtime I ressed. Need better proof for Uwel's case.
