The Mag'har Captive in the hovel in Sunspring Post (Nagrand) does not offer the quest The Totem of Kar'dash http://www.wowhead.com/quest=9868 after you kill the two guards. It's an escort quest. I've tried on multiple occasions, but never been able to time it after a server restart. The target is friendly, just doesn't offer the quest.

What is your reputation with the Mag'Har I just tested this quest and found it to be offered and working after setting rep to neutral, if you are doing this on a 80 remember to put low level quest tracking on otherwise wont show mark and as said you must be at least neutral with the mag'har to be able to take quest (you start at unfriendly), and afraid means grinding to do that as due to a core bug the quest in hellfire which is meant to get you to neutral cannot be turned in until neutral.

Horde version of this quest works fine, its the alliance one with the Kurenei captive which fails to start after taking quest.

Not Neutral, I forgot that the questline in Hellfire to make you Neutral doesn't. I'll kill a few more ogres. Thanks for the quick response.
