How it works here: Everytime you are hit, it procs, consuming a stack and refreshing the debuff.
How it should work: If you are hit by some1 already rooted, it shouldnt consume another stack and the debuff shouldnt be refreshed.
The way it works here can give you some problems, specially cuz of DR, for example, you cast ngrasp and a rogue stuns you before you can jump away. During the stun the rogue will hit you more than three times, eating all your ngrasp stacks for a simple 1.5 secs root, instead of being rooted for a loooong duration.
