ICC 25n. The raid leader was Aidana, so what happened falls completely under his responsibility.

TLDR: I won, having the highest roll (59), the pre-BIS trinket for Arms Warriors, Tiny Abomination in a Jar, and he gave it to the LOWEST roll (19) in the raid (Thelxi). When i complained, i got kicked.

In this case the issue wasn’t simply about loot, but about a player intentionally ignoring a fair roll result, then also kicking me from the group, and additionally verbally gaslighting me afterwards (i have chatlogs screenshots that i already have provided to the server administration and i can also translate them from spanish, if needed).

Since this goes beyond a simple loot dispute, I believe it falls under behavior that affects the community experience and I kindly request action be taken on this matter.

Have a Blessed New Year you all. I'm gonna go farm some Holy Water in Stratholme.

The correct shortname is TAiaJ, not TaJ.
If you wanna know how good it is on an ARMS (less on Fury) warrior, go on the test server and test it by yourself. Not the possible BiS, sure, but still a very good one.

Sometimes it’s better to keep quiet and let others think you’re stupid, rather than speak and remove all doubt.

First you need to fix your arms talent tree, then you have to fix your gems and afterward you must learn on what items to need in raids.
Game is like 20 years old and if someone is telling you a certain item is not good for you, it probably isn't (ret pala will always have prio on Taj over warrior, but for DBW for example, warrior will always have prio on it over ret paladin, simply because it's way better for warrior). So try to aim for those items which suits you better.

I don't have to fix anything and i don't take lessons from people thinking how to use a class nor the correct balancing of itemization and gems, simply because they think that there is only one way to play, expecially because i certainly not lack dps. At all. I was very happy with my 10k dps on my 5,3k GS. If you like staying closed inside your little box of certainties and have a blocked mind, that's not my problem.

And priorities, if any, have to be discussed and made public BEFORE starting a raid. That raid simply started in Group Loot mode, and this says it all. Any further chatter appears as nothing more than an attempt to justify an overturning of the rules of the game, for which I have requested that measures be taken.

I would like to point out to the server administration that every attempt (included this one) to discredit me is obviously aimed at defending the indefensible and avoiding the proper intervention. For this reason, I ask that all messages - such as this one I entirely quoted containing (unjust) criticism toward me be monitored and taken in consideration, in order to identify any shared responsibility and/or attempts to cover up improper conduct, which would constitute shared responsibility through contributory fault.

The discussion here is about something entirely different. So go on. Say something else about me to divert attention from the real issue. I couldn't ask for anything better.

I've played quite a bunch with Leoric, and I can actually attest that he's pretty good with his talents and his DPS output despite an arguably low GS. I also agree with him that the item in question, even stated on the attached image, is pretty good for a warrior DPS, regardless of personal opinions of other players. And a roll is a roll, if those aren't respected then there probably isn't much respect given from that leader, sorry to say it.

I try to keep out of disputes and arguments, but fair is fair. It's what keeps the server a good place.

I'll keep this brief.
1) The item is absolutely NOT bad in any way for an arms warrior. Experience, testing, and simulations show that it's almost BIS or BIS for arms warriors. And besides, it's rarely completely clear that something's *not* good for a certain talent build; it's not that black and white. There aren't only two possible talent trees that go perfectly with one set of items. The combinations are near infinite.
2) Leoric (and his alts) always has very high dps, especially considering his gear. The guy obviously understands game mechanics inside out and has maxxed his talent trees and play style to output very high dps.

That behavior should absolutely not be allowed on the server. It's delusionally elitist: people who know less shun people who know more. Despicable.

I suppose I will reply here personally as it's already been more than a week. Our GMs don't get involved with loot issues, they are there to help with issues caused by bugs and even then it's not always possible due to GM availability.

And while player behaviour can be punished with mutes or bans, that's reserved for serious or reoccuring violations of our rules. Staff generally doesn't get involved with issues between players either, players are advised to use the ignore function.

The game is designed in a way to give players a lot of freedom. Raid leaders decide who gets loot and can kick members as they please. But in the same way raid members decide which raid leaders they trust enough to join their raid. The community as a whole can even choose to boycot certain troublesome players from raids.

I would like to provide additional context regarding this situation and present a perspective in defense of Aidana.

Aidana is a raid leader who actively contributes to maintaining and organizing PVE content on TrueWoW, particularly ICC raids. As is common practice, raid leaders may establish and enforce their own loot distribution rules, provided these rules are applied consistently within their raids.

Regarding Tiny Abomination in a Jar:
While this item is indeed strong for an Arms Warrior, it is also widely recognized as Best-in-Slot for a Retribution Paladin. Arms Warriors are currently uncommon in late-stage WOTLK content, whereas Retribution Paladins are more prevalent and generally have a more consistent impact on raid performance. From this perspective, the loot decision can be interpreted as a raid optimization choice rather than an arbitrary action.

Additionally, the screenshots provided do not include any information related to DPS performance or overall contribution during the boss encounter. It is therefore reasonable to assume that performance and effectiveness during the fight may have been factors considered in the loot distribution, which could further justify awarding the item to the Retribution Paladin.

Finally, the raid leader is responsible for maintaining order and ensuring the smooth progression of the raid. Removing a player from the group following a dispute over loot does not inherently constitute misconduct, and may instead reflect an attempt to prevent disruption during organized content.

In conclusion, this situation appears to be a disagreement over loot distribution and raid priorities rather than behavior intended to negatively impact the community. Aidana’s ongoing involvement in organizing PVE activities should also be taken into consideration when evaluating this matter.
