New to Primal

#1 » Post by Kazan136 » 25 Mar 2017 15:16

Hi there, I just did a retail transfer yesterday and I was kindly invited into the guild <Logic> to play with them but I noticed their raid times do not fit my schedule. I'm an NA player located in Florida and I understand that the TBC patch is right around the corner. Are there any guilds on this server that have raid times a little more reasonable to someone who plays on Eastern Standard Time?

Thanks for the help! Everyone is pretty nice so far, not something I'm used to when it comes to the private server scene.

<Murmur> is your best bet, raiding US times.

Welcome to the server. :-)

I am not sure if Eastern Standard Time is precise enough. You could, after all, be playing during the morning, the afternoon, the evening or the night.

Debauchery Tea Party and Vanilla Knight do start our raids at 8 PM GMT+1, which would be 3 PM Eastern Time, from what I can tell. Though, you might have to add/remove one hour due to daylight's saving, which should happen tomorrow for Europe, afaik.

Murmur (and Logic?) raids around 1 AM GMT+1, which would be 8 PM Eastern Time.

Welcome to Primal! And yes, as an endgame raiding candidate, <Murmur> is the only option currently. Unless another NA guild crops up within the next month, it will probably hold true until TBC. With the raid sizes moving from 40/20 to 25/10, im sure more guilds will form come July 7th.

Welcome to Primal!
I am in Texas so I play CST. I might see you around some time. :)

Hope you enjoy your time here.
Welcome to the new decade! Let's hope the Roaring 20's come with just as much jazz, but a bit less prohibition and Great Depression. 8-)
