Transfers from VoA?

Hey, I'm just curious if you're taking transfers from Vengeance WoW? ;D Got a pally there that I would like to transfer, although it's a blood elf and I'd like to transfer it to Primalwow. It would just transfer as a human right?

you can pick human or dwarf

Did VoA have instant 58/60? If you pass certain criteria (played time, etc) you will receive a predefined transfer with a level 60 character in basic blue gear. At this point if you tansfer a paladin you will be able to choose between human or dwarf.
