Quest Deaths Gaze in Icecrown is a little bugged. The orb Stands will go out of phase i got help from a Gm (forgot the name) and he said i should write it here.
The hunter and the prince. After geting the quest the stone that u must click on will not appear on the ground so u will not change into Arthas and fight Illidan. Same Gm said that it is bugged but the .Qc command will not count it as a bugged quest.

We'll the hunter and the prince should be working but there maybe issue with spell to restore mana about the stone, there are actually 3 possible spawn points of which one will spawn when you accept quest if come to do later you need to abandon and retake quest.

No longer an issue.
