Paladin tier 3 2 piece bonus

Is it intentional that this is effected by the healing nerf on primal wow. Currently it does not add 20 to JoL heals in raids. It does 2%+20/3. Should it not be 2%/3 +20?

I was just asking but I mean +6 healing (assuming 5500hp) for a tier 3 set bonus? +20 would at least be a noticeable difference xD

Will the 6p priest bonus only shield its target for 150?
Will 2p warlock only heal for 81-99?
Will druid 6p only increase health by 15(stacking up to 7)?
Will warrior 8p only increase healing by 48?

I haven't tested these but if the answer is yes then I guess its fair. If the answer is no, rip paladins again.

I just think for a t3 set bonus its shitty for it to be nerfed that hard. In vanilla healing was based off Spell/Attack power of the judging paladin, not 2% of your base health, although it did not proc from ranged attacks in vanilla. So it actually heals less than vanilla, but procs from ranged attacks.

It use to heal for 61 +sp in vanilla. Currently it does about 39 in raids. So the t3 bonus applied without nerf would put it just about where it was in vanilla before t3 set bonus , before sp scaling.
