Not sure what I'm doing wrong, I do the vote, click Turewow afterwards in the list, then use the button to navigate back to the Truewow website...but nothing. Vote doesn't seem to register.

I've had this problem for years, dunno why either

It works for me and always had when I used this trick: Press Vote from TW website > Solve the capatcha > Press the big red vote button > Before the site redirects you, you press on the black button beneath "Visit and Play" (important to do this before site loads to next to get the list of all servers) > Get redirected to TW > Press Vote on G100 again > TW will reload and this time award Vote points.

From time to time voting does not work for some reason. I wanted to vote yesterday, but after going to the page I was shown an error. Several attempts failed.
