Can you just tell me if donate is working or not, if it is then I need to call my bank to see whats wrong

It should be working but it would help to know where you're getting stuck. Credit cards are generally the most troublesome and our payment processor Paymentwall might want some info before they accept you. They can be contacted through the HELP button in the application.

I will contact my bank first
