Game Account Creation

There's now a new page to create game accounts. Accessible through the account submenu in the headerbar, the index "New to the server?" link and the warning it appears to people that don't have a game account linked to their forum accounts.

Meant to give an introduction to our server, telling them the realms we have, the features we offer and a bit of an explanation (yet again) of the differences between the website account, the game accounts and their relationship in our system.

Hopefully, this will reduce the number of confused people regarding our system and our realms.

Looks nice, a lot more information for the first time user.

Seems legit but l would add Big Red Flashy button on first page right above Server info that leads to this. Overall GG
