Add max players that can be logged in at any time, cause maybe some people missunderstood max players online, and though that the server capacity is 700... so they went: WTF!??! and went to another server

I understand what Boman is saying though. "Max online" looks like the maximum connections, and often during peak that number is very close to the number online. If you hit the "more info" link, this is made apparent but some may not.
Changing it to "record online" would clear any confusion.
