We'll be removing them all and any item caught within them will be lost and not refunded.

now nobody plays there all trasfer to another servers and i want to transfer my character here if possible

I have a toon there too and i made a request , just do the same and wait . I dont think there will be a problem with the server just takes time

Q: How many characters will I be able to transfer per account? What's the minimum character level that will be accepted?
There will only be allowed a maximum of 3 (three) characters transfers per account. The minimum character level accepted will be 70.

time to make new forum accounts and link my other accounts there if I want to transfer more than 3 chars/account...

Is it normal to wait 8 days for a transfer from omega? Just unfortunate that it is taking so long because now I won't be able to transfer another char before the cut-off time

Yes it's normal. That time is normal from all the servers, not only from donormega. There are lot's of transfers required, and our devs can't do them all at the same time.
