IMO: Reduce ICC buff to 5% or remove it from heroic version and keep 20% on normal. Since ICC with the current bugs is already an rhc

Izu - Marksmanship PvE/PvP
Windcaller - Resto PvE/ Ele PvP
Retired from TW.Went off to find cheeki breeki in different places. Didn't find it here!

Why join the winning side if you can change the winner?

well they got about 20 people on the staff, they could've tested it as a GM team, instead of hoping for "testers" to go on PTR to test shit... cause we all know people don't go there to test anything besides their BiS build and how to gem/enchant, and to do duels...

so imo, I am very thankful for those who looked for buggs to exploit them, because it means nobody will be able to exploit those bugs, and maybe the raid will be in full working way in the future

Yeah let's bug abuse cause the staff didn't test it as a GM team... As for hoping for the "testers" well then why did they become a tester in the first place? Ok sure maybe as you say they go to test their BiS build gear w/e and learn waste time but I am sure some of the testers actually test the things out and it's not like you always think of "oh let's see how we can bug abuse this in every way possible and tell / not tell GMs so we can kill a boss".

I think the test team was made for a reason but you can't blame GMs and people who actually test things out and point out bugs to not miss things. And when a player finds a bug why abuse it instead of reporting it? You see an abuse you don't go on and kill the boss and then pretend it wasn't meant to happen and that people were just testing it out to see what happens.
