Great work there guys , but as per my understanding if i'll look into the information provided about our server that says

Server info :
Rates: 1x
While the Transfer which we are accepting is going to be

Transfer restrictions:
Server:
rates no higher than x3

Can actually make me Level my 3 Given toons on some other server where XP rates is 3x so i can level up there quickly and get my toon transfered here.

In Short it is not giving benefit to the players who are going to level here but the end game people who are going to be here for raiding, as i highly doubt any player even at level 70 would like to switch at 1X Server from 3X Server Unless he turns out to be Level 80 also considering the fact he gets decent gears which are easily Sold by Vote points on other servers like Molten

I hope i made my point clear about this though.

if u didnt think enough, ppl on servers with vote shop are coming to this server for rading , not for t9 gearing or something , they come for icc and stuff higher than toc10/25, so, if they got gear like t9 or equivalent by vote shop , thats not a problem imo...

3 characters transfer limit (possible to change later)
minimum level of 70 (currently)

As far as i can see it says server should be 90 days old not the account, while there are only 2 conditions on the account which i have pasted as well

The server you're trying to transfer from was only suggested to us like 3 days ago so we didn't have time to review it... yet. It'll be done soon.
