AHbot rework to boost economy

I sold items, adopting a strategy based on automatic AH buy ,by setting items at 1 copper coin.
That suited me.

But today, the buyback price no longer suits me and I prefer to stop sales of these items.

Can the price of these items go up again after a certain period of inactivity ?

Hello, the price only increases when there is more demand than supply. Other players will need to buy that item from AHbot. So waiting can help but it depends on how other players interact with that item in the meantime.

I have a question because I've just missed a business that I wanted to do, and I would like to know why it didn't work out.
I saw at one point that AHbot was selling a 3k gold item, so I wanted to create this item to sell it cheaper so that people would buy it from me.
So I put it on sale for 1copper, but AHBOT bought it back from me for 1k2 gold while they sold it for 3k.

I imagined that he would get it from me around 10% cheaper than its sale price, which is the case for all the products on sale at the AH

How is it possible ?

It sounds like this is an item that almost never gets traded by players so the bot is still finding a suitable price. The price will also change more quickly with each trade compared to other items so crafting them in bulk won't be very profitable until players buy some to raise the price again.

What if I buy the item for 3k that the bot is selling, can it update the price based on that ?

Yes the price will increase but if you sell it back afterwards then the price will drop right back to the previous value, while you lose at least 1k gold in the process.
