I received a disqualification message on my level 39 paladin Hemoglobin after using bubble+hearth while fighting some shadowforge dwarves in badlands.
The message said I "used forbidden item (entry %u)"

Hello, my bloodthirsty ironman Selena died in hellfire peninsula due to disconnect. I was killing starving hellfire boars on safe spot near honor hold. After i killed one, i was ready to proceed with next one. The moment i was about to attack next one, my abilities stopped working and i got disconnected. When I managed to log back, my character was dead on graveyard. I'm not sure what was reason for my disconnect, but it happened and i couldn't do anything to log back fast enough to maybe prevent death.
Is it possible to reinstate, since my death was due to external factor?

Requesting a review

My char failbeard died doing the Meet at the grave quest and failed IM. Wasnt aware that doing that quest could cause IM to fail. Hopefully i can get reinstated....

BTW my other char died, a lvl 31mage called smallz. He stepped one second out of the inn in darkshire and got oneshotted by stitches who was standing right outside the inn. I dont think it's normal Stiches just killed the whole town and parks himself on the town center.

Tips and Tricks from an Ironman Victor -- Errorista
Avoid caves.
Avoid creatures that have Fear ability and you are in hilly terrain (e.g. pterodactyls in Un'Goro Crater), you may fall underground.
Avoid Un'Goro Crater in general because of many roaming elites.
Avoid Undercity Elevator.
Avoid Darkshire because of roaming [Stitches].
Avoid world boss areas because they will PVP flag you and other players might kill you.
Always have some spare Health Potions on hotkeys.
If you start lagging, log out immediately and log some other time.

For the people doing the Ironman Challenge (including myself, ticket is up), do not use items of the Lunar Festival like the Cluster Rockets etc. from the vendor (for the time being?). Apparently this disqualifies the contestant...

PS. Elder quests do not give any experience anyways.

Thanks for the heads-up Shame those items mess up the challenge. Better to avoid them to stay in the race. And since elder quests don’t give XP anyway, no big loss there.
