On the http://www.primalwow.org/world-events World event list, it says Noblegarden will start 2016-04-02, which is a week away. However, the in game calendar says it will start today, 4 hours ago. As Easter is actually today (I am in Australia so it starts a bit sooner for me) this earlier date seems better and more likely but it hasn't started yet. Can you let me know when it s actually going to start please?

The difference between dates is caused bu the fact that 1. I'm guessing you play on Wotlk client and Wotlk is old expansion, 2. retail went on and they update their calender each year, so atm the calender you see in game is outdated.
So as to answer to your question the starting date of Noblegarden should be the second of april (as the server website states). However even wowwiki and wowhead state that this year it starts 28 March and ends on 4th April, so it could be (I'm not sure) that even server data is wrong. Anyway just wait till it gets applied and you will see, and for future events - don't look at in game calender cause as I said it is outdated so the website date would always be more legit.

Noblegarden actual dates for this year should be:

Start: 2016/03/28 at 10:00 AM (today is 2016/03/27)
End: 2016/04/04 at 10:00 AM

The dates will need changing on the website as the event starts one week later on our realms than it should at the moment so that will need fixing as well, however I will leave that on the ones who are dealing with the world events take care of this.

Thanks guys, nice to know. I need to put a whole day aside to do the event so being able to plan it a bit is great.

On retail Noblegarden starts tomorrow which is actually after easter same happened with Loe is in the air where event did not start until 15th February
